Mukat Hospital is seeking experienced ICU nursing staff to join our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage critically ill patients admitted in the ICU under the guidance of the ICU In-Charge or Intensivist. Perform daily clinical rounds, assess patient condition, and implement treatment plans as per protocols. Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ICU, initiate resuscitation procedures (CPR, intubation, defibrillation). Monitor vital signs, ventilator settings, invasive lines (CVP, arterial lines), and ensure proper patient care documentation. Administer prescribed medications, infusions, and manage blood products as per standard ICU protocols. Maintain clear communication with senior consultants, nursing staff, and patient attendants regarding patient progress. Ensure proper handover of critical information during shift changes. Follow infection control protocols and ICU care bundles. Assist in ICU procedures such as central line insertion, arterial cannulation, intubation, tracheostomy, etc., under supervision if required. Attend Code Blue situations within the hospital premises when on duty. Maintain updated patient records and ICU charts as per hospital norms. Qualification & Experience: MBBS/BAMS degree with valid registration from Medical Council. Preferably with ICU experience (minimum 1 year) or Critical Care certification.
