About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Community Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients and enhancing community health outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. - Conduct daily ward rounds, assess patient conditions, and discuss cases with the supervising consultant. - Participate in emergency duties, including trauma care and stabilization of critically ill patients. - Perform medical and surgical procedures relevant to the specialty under supervision. - Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including patient history and treatment plans. - Provide guidance and training to junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. - Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and guidelines in the field. - Engage in research activities and clinical trials as per department guidelines.
