About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Radiation Oncology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients undergoing treatment. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care provided by our team.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. - Conduct daily ward rounds, assess patient conditions, and discuss cases with the supervising consultant. - Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including patient history, treatment plans, and progress notes. - Assist in preparing medical reports, discharge summaries, and treatment plans for patients. - Actively participate in clinical discussions, case presentations, and medical rounds with the department team. - Work closely with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients. - Engage in research activities, clinical trials, or projects as per department guidelines. - Participate in conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance medical knowledge and skills.
