About the Role: As a Consultant Critical Care at Pathfinders Global Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care in critical situations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and guide the ICU team including residents, nurses, and support staff.
- Manage ventilators, inotropes, dialysis, and advanced life support systems.
- Respond to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations.
- Conduct daily ICU rounds and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, and allied departments.
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation and patient records.
- Counsel patients’ families regarding prognosis and care plans.
