About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Staff Nurse where you will provide essential support during labor and delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and manage the labor room for deliveries.
- Assess women presenting with labor pains and inform the gynecologist.
- Monitor labor progress, contractions, and maternal/fetal vital signs.
- Assist the gynecologist during deliveries and obstetric procedures.
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Recognize warning signs and assist in emergencies such as postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress.
- Maintain patient privacy and dignity at all times.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Training in Basic Life Support and newborn resuscitation.
- Knowledge of CTG/fetal monitoring.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Experience managing labor-room emergencies.
