About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident in Community Medicine, focusing on improving health outcomes in Delhi NCR.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct field visits, community surveys, and outreach programs at urban & rural health centers.
- Participate in national health programs (e.g., immunization, TB, maternal & child health).
- Plan and conduct health camps, awareness programs, and screening activities.
- Perform epidemiological studies, data collection, and analysis.
- Support surveillance, reporting, and monitoring of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- Assist in the preparation of health reports, statistics, and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- An MD in Community Medicine.
- Up to 5 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
