About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a crucial member of our team, focusing on community health.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct field visits, community surveys, and outreach programs (urban & rural health centers).
- Participate in the implementation of national health programs (e.g., immunization, TB, maternal & child health).
- Plan and conduct health camps, awareness programs, and screening activities.
- Perform epidemiological studies, data collection, and analysis.
- Support surveillance, reporting, and monitoring of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- Assist in the preparation of health reports, statistics, and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD in Community Medicine.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
