About the Role:
Join us as a General Ward Staff Nurse at Mount Zion Medical College and Hospital in Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the general ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update nursing notes regularly.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe ward environment.
- Support patients with daily activities such as feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
