About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform elective and emergency general surgeries including hernia repair, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and GI procedures.
- Lead pre-op evaluations, surgical planning, intra-op decision-making, and post-op recovery management for adult and pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and ICU teams to ensure seamless perioperative care.
- Document surgical outcomes and maintain patient records.
- Train junior surgeons and mentor residents during rotations.
- Adhere to surgical guidelines and patient safety standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS + DNB/MS General Surgery
- Active registration with State Medical Council.
- Proven experience in laparoscopic and open surgical procedures.
- ACLs certification or equivalent advanced life support training.
- Strong knowledge of surgical protocols, sterilization, and operating room safety.
- Fluency in English and one local Indian language for patient communication.
