What You'll Be Doing:
- Examine and assess patients presenting to the hospital and provide appropriate medical care.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions based on clinical assessment and available investigations.
- Attend to emergency and acute medical cases, providing timely initial treatment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical conditions, identifying changes requiring medical attention.
- Prescribe medicines, investigations, and treatments as clinically appropriate.
- Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management, procedures, and clinical rounds.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment, medications, investigations, and follow-up care.
