About the Role:
Join our team at Anil Neuro And Trauma Centre as a Nephrologist, where you will play a critical role in managing patients with kidney diseases.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Run OPD and manage inpatients with acute and chronic kidney disease, electrolyte and acid-base disorders, and hypertension.
- Provide nephrology consults for ICU, HDU, neurosurgery, and trauma cases.
- Supervise the dialysis unit, including hemodialysis, CRRT/SLED, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Perform and oversee procedures such as temporary dialysis catheter placement and renal biopsy.
- Be available for emergency consults and on-call duty.
- Coordinate with various specialists on renal risk in surgical and critical patients.
- Guide dialysis technicians and nursing staff to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
