About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as an Anesthesiologist, where your clinical expertise will ensure safe anesthesia practices during critical surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide safe anaesthesia for neurosurgical, trauma, orthopaedic and general surgical cases.
- Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluations and optimize patients for surgery, including high-risk and emergency cases.
- Manage neuroanaesthesia considerations, including raised ICP and controlled ventilation.
- Handle emergency airway management and resuscitation across OT, ICU, and casualty.
- Provide post-operative and critical care support, including ventilator management.
- Administer regional anaesthesia and pain management as indicated.
- Maintain accurate anaesthesia records and ensure compliance with safety and medico-legal protocols.
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, trauma surgeons, and intensivists.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD / DNB / DA in Anaesthesiology with valid medical council registration.
- Comfort in emergency and trauma anaesthesia in a 24/7 setup.
- Neuroanaesthesia or critical care experience preferred, but not essential.
- Open to both experienced consultants and recent postgraduates.
