Join Our Team at Anil Neuro And Trauma Centre:
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide safe anaesthesia for neurosurgical, trauma, orthopaedic and general surgical cases.
- Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluation and optimise patients for surgery, including high-risk and emergency cases.
- Manage neuroanaesthesia considerations (raised ICP, controlled ventilation, haemodynamic stability).
- Handle emergency airway management and resuscitation across OT, ICU and casualty.
- Provide post-operative and critical care support, including ventilator management.
- Administer regional anaesthesia and pain management where indicated.
- Maintain accurate anaesthesia records and follow safety and medico-legal protocols.
- Work closely with neurosurgeons, trauma surgeons, and intensivists.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- MD / DNB / DA in Anaesthesiology with valid medical council registration.
- Comfortable with emergency and trauma anaesthesia in a 24/7 setup.
- Neuroanaesthesia or critical care experience preferred but not essential.
- Both experienced consultants and recent postgraduates are welcome to apply.
