About the Role:
As an OT Incharge at Pacific OneHealth, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of the operating theatre.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily OT operations and scheduling of surgeries.
- Ensuring that the OT is prepared with the required instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
- Maintaining strict aseptic and sterilization protocols.
- Supervising OT staff including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams.
