What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and manage duty rosters and shift handovers.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for effective patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital protocols.
- Maintain stock of medical supplies and ward equipment.
- Address patient and attendant concerns, enhancing their experience.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Mentor and train nursing staff to uphold quality standards.
