About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift handovers, and staff allocation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, medical supplies, and ward equipment.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, ward documentation, and reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate ward nursing staff to ensure quality standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc Nursing qualification.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
