- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations across departments.
- Supervise nursing staff, duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service quality.
- Implement and monitor nursing protocols and accreditation guidelines (NABH/JCI).
- Oversee infection control practices and patient safety measures.
- Organize induction, training, and continuous education programs for nurses.
- Coordinate with doctors, HR, and administration for smooth clinical operations.
- Handle nursing audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Address patient grievances and resolve staff-related issues.

- BSc Nursing qualification.
