About the Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital protocols.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their condition, and report changes to the treating physician.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
