Essential Skills & Experience:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPHIL).
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in pediatric care, demonstrating proficiency in NICU and PICU settings.
- Strong understanding of pediatric protocols and infection control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
