About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized care for neonates in NICU and special care units.
- Manage preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Perform neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions.
- Monitor vitals, lab reports, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, pediatricians, and anesthetists.
- Counsel parents on neonatal care, nutrition, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate NICU records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NICU protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and teaching programs.
