About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and perform surgical treatments for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Manage congenital abnormalities, tumors, injuries, and other surgical conditions.
- Conduct preoperative assessments and develop surgical treatment plans.
- Perform complex surgeries, including neonatal, abdominal, and thoracic procedures.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive care.
- Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications.
- Educate parents and caregivers on surgical procedures and post-surgery care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to surgical protocols.
- Use advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures.
