About the Role: As a Homecare Nurse at Artemis Hospital, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to the treatment plans set by doctors.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide nursing care to patients at home as per doctor’s treatment plan.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Manage medical equipment like oxygen support, catheter care, and feeding tubes if required.
- Maintain documentation of patient care and report changes to the physician.
- Educate family members about patient care and safety measures.
- Ensure infection control and maintain hygiene standards at the patient’s home.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- GNM qualification with 2 to 6 years of work experience.
- Skills in Time Management, Emotional Support, Basic Nursing, and Good Communication.
