About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing patients' physical, mental, and social abilities.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess patients’ physical, mental, and social abilities through evaluations and observations. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history and functional goals. - Provide therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functions. - Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment or assistive devices. - Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and caregivers for holistic care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. - Educate patients and families on exercises, routines, and home-based therapy techniques.
