About the Role: As the Clinical Head, you will provide overall leadership and direction to all clinical departments, ensuring high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and best practices. - Supervise and mentor medical staff, consultants, and residents to maintain clinical excellence. - Collaborate with administrative and operational teams for smooth coordination of hospital services. - Ensure compliance with medical ethics, regulatory guidelines, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI). - Oversee clinical audits, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs. - Review clinical outcomes, mortality, and morbidity data to drive performance enhancement.
