About the Role: As a Sr Staff Nurse in our ICU/Wards/OT, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Providing direct patient care in the ICU, wards, and operating theatre. - Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the medical team. - Assisting in medical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - A degree in Nursing (BSN). - 2-7 years of experience in critical care or similar settings. - Strong skills in emergency care, OT procedures, and critical care management. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
