About the Role: As a Clinical Pharmacologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of medications within our healthcare system.
What You'll Be Doing: - Reporting medication errors and adverse drug reactions to the MS/Quality-Head. - Conducting root cause analysis of medication errors. - Managing drug allergies, drug-drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications. - Ensuring completeness and correctness of prescriptions. - Overseeing proper drug segregation, labeling, and stacking in sub-stores. - Ensuring proper drug storage in the pharmacy, including narcotics and high-risk drugs. - Maintaining crash carts and ambulances. - Collecting data on antibiotic usage as per organizational and accreditation requirements. - Providing training to nurses, pharmacists, and medical transcriptionists.
