Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Consultant in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in managing and treating critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring their stabilization and recovery.
How You'll Contribute: - Manage and treat critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction. - Perform and supervise invasive procedures such as central line insertion and mechanical ventilation. - Ensure timely assessment, stabilization, and monitoring of patients. - Prescribe and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. - Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive care of complex cases. - Lead the ICU team in delivering evidence-based care. - Conduct daily ward rounds and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
