What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing critically ill patients with thorough clinical care.
- Conducting patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and continuous monitoring.
- Handling medical emergencies and initiating timely interventions.
- Supervising critical care procedures based on expertise.
- Collaborating with specialists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient management.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Communicating effectively with patients' families regarding treatment plans and prognoses.
- Following ICU protocols and infection-control practices rigorously.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Recognized Critical Care Medicine fellowships or qualifications.
- A valid medical registration.
- Relevant ICU/critical-care experience and strong skills in ventilator management and emergency care.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
