About the Role: Join a reputable National-Level NGO dedicated to improving women's health through impactful work in Reproductive Health and Family Planning.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct outpatient and inpatient gynecological consultations, diagnosis, and treatment. - Perform family planning procedures, including IUCD insertions, MTPs, and sterilizations. - Conduct laparoscopic surgeries where infrastructure is available. - Provide antenatal, postnatal, and adolescent reproductive health services. - Ensure patient counseling and education on family planning and reproductive health. - Maintain medical records and ensure quality care protocols are followed. - Collaborate with community health workers to improve outreach and patient compliance. - Participate in training programs, CMEs, and awareness drives organized by the NGO.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology. - Experience of 0 to 3 years. - Strong attention to detail, communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills.
