Your Core Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, clinics, and ward rounds in Orthopaedics. - Conduct and supervise practical sessions, skill labs, and case discussions. - Perform and oversee orthopedic surgeries, both elective and emergency. - Guide students and residents in clinical research, thesis, and publications. - Mentor junior faculty and ensure structured surgical training. - Prepare and update academic curriculum as per NMC norms. - Participate in CMEs, academic audits, and institutional development activities. - Ensure quality patient care in OPD, IPD, OT, and trauma care units.
