About the Role: As a Sr. Resident - Orthopaedics, you'll be at the forefront of trauma and joint replacement management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage complex trauma and joint replacement cases.
- Teach and train undergraduate & postgraduate students.
- Supervise residents, junior faculty & paramedical staff.
- Guide research projects, theses & academic publications.
- Participate in examinations, assessments & faculty meetings.
- Ensure compliance with NMC, NABH & institutional standards.
- Conduct clinical audits & quality improvement initiatives.

- MD in Orthopaedics.
- Experience in teaching and managing complex cases.
