About the Role:
As a Consultant Rheumatology, you will play a critical role in patient care at Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre in Siliguri, West Bengal.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting detailed clinical assessments and reviewing laboratory and imaging reports.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring treatment responses.
- Managing chronic pain, inflammation, and mobility-related conditions.
- Prescribing and monitoring medications, including immunosuppressive and biologic therapies when appropriate.
- Monitoring patients for medication-related side effects and disease complications.
- Providing counseling on lifestyle, exercise, and long-term disease management.
- Coordinating care with orthopedicians, physicians, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring proper follow-up.
