About the Role: As a Staff Nurse at Meera Empower Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of patients in our facility.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing nursing care to patients in various departments including Pediatrics, NICU, ICU, and Emergency.
- Assisting in surgical procedures and managing post-operative care in the OT.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes to the medical staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Experience in Pediatrics, NICU, ICU, and Emergency care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
