What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Ophthalmology through lectures, clinical postings, and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct outpatient clinics, perform eye surgeries, and manage inpatient care in the Ophthalmology department.
- Supervise residents and interns during clinical procedures, case discussions, and research work.
- Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods as per NMC guidelines.
- Participate in academic activities such as seminars, CME programs, workshops, and conferences.
- Guide postgraduate dissertations and promote research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
