About the Role:
Join Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre as a CICU Nurse Incharge, where you'll contribute to enhancing patient care in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in the CICU.
- Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient clinical status.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Manage staffing schedules and unit resources.
- Assist cardiologists during emergencies and invasive procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning of cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
