About the Role: As the SICU Nursing Incharge, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing nursing operations in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), ensuring high-quality care for critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and manage all nursing operations in the SICU.
- Ensure high-quality nursing care for post-surgical and critically ill patients.
- Allocate duties, prepare duty rosters, and monitor nursing staff performance.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and critical care teams for patient management.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of ICU equipment, ventilators, and monitors.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, aseptic techniques, and hospital safety protocols.
- Review nursing documentation, medication administration, and patient care charts.
