About the Role:
Join Upreak India Pvt Ltd as a Head & Neck Onco Surgeon in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and supervise head and neck oncological surgeries as per clinical expertise.
- Plan multidisciplinary treatment in coordination with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and reconstructive surgeons.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor for surgical complications.
- Provide emergency management for airway obstruction, bleeding, and other head and neck complications.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, prognosis, and follow-up.
- Monitor patients for recurrence and provide long-term oncological follow-up.
- Participate in tumor board meetings and multidisciplinary cancer-care discussions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, operative notes, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
