About the Role: Join a dynamic team as a Locum Pathologist, contributing your expertise in clinical investigations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and interpret routine and specialized pathology investigations as per laboratory protocols.
- Review and validate laboratory test results to ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle clinical pathology, hematology, biochemistry, and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Review abnormal and critical results, communicating with the concerned team/clinician as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation to ensure timely completion of reports.
- Participate in internal quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure patient safety, sample integrity, and adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
- Support laboratory operations and provide technical guidance to the team when required.
