About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and interpret routine and specialized pathology investigations as per laboratory protocols.
- Review and validate laboratory test results and ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle clinical pathology, hematology, biochemistry, and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review abnormal results and communicate with the concerned team/clinician.
- Maintain proper documentation and timely completion of reports.
- Participate in internal quality control and assurance activities.
- Support laboratory operations and provide technical guidance to the team.
