About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Review, interpret, and authorize pathology and laboratory reports.
- Provide expert consultation on abnormal and critical results.
- Correlate laboratory findings with clinical information where necessary.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely release of diagnostic reports.
- Guide the laboratory team on technical and diagnostic queries.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Support the laboratory in maintaining high standards of patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
