About the Role: As a Scrub Nurse-CVTS, you will play a critical role in patient care within our surgical team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor patients' vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and respiratory function, responding to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment ensuring proper functionality.
- Perform assessments to evaluate patient conditions and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Assist in emergency procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, and stabilization.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including observations and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the care process and treatment goals, ensuring adherence to infection control practices.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc Nursing or GNM qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of nursing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and decision-making ability.
