About the Role:
Join Baroda Heart and Multi Specialty Hospital as an ICU Nurse and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor vital signs and hemodynamic parameters continuously.
- Administer IV medications, inotropes, sedatives, and blood products as prescribed.
- Operate and manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other life-support equipment.
- Assist doctors during procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and CPR.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Provide bedside care including hygiene, feeding, and pressure sore prevention.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- BSc Nursing or GNM qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Strong decision-making, attention to detail, teamwork, and critical care skills.
