About the Role:
Join MediVaah as a Sr. Resident in Critical Care in Bengaluru, Karnataka, where you will play a crucial role in patient management and emergency response.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide emergency resuscitation and handle cardiac arrest situations.
- Coordinate with specialists (cardiology, neurology, surgery, nephrology) for multidisciplinary care.
- Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in the ICU.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ICU records.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines.
- Participate in teaching, training, and academic discussions.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DM in Critical Care Medicine.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, team leadership, decision-making, and documentation skills.
