About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide emergency resuscitation and effectively handle cardiac arrest situations.
• Coordinate with specialists in cardiology, neurology, surgery, and nephrology for multidisciplinary care.
• Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in the ICU.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ICU records.
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines.
• Participate in teaching, training, and academic discussions.

• A DM in Critical Care Medicine.
• Strong communication skills and team leadership abilities.
• Proficient decision-making and documentation skills.
