About the Role:
Join our expert team as a Consultant Ophthalmologist where your skills will directly impact patient care in a reputable hospital setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct daily OPD consultations
- Perform Phaco and SICS cataract surgeries independently
- Manage emergency ophthalmic cases
- Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation
- Participate in outreach camps and community eye screening programs
- Train and support junior doctors and OT staff when required
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS/DNB Ophthalmology (or equivalent recognized qualification)
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
- Independent experience in Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Cataract Surgery
- Proficient in Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS)
- Experience in managing common eye diseases and complications
- Strong patient counseling and communication skills
