About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Consultant Ophthalmologist, where your expertise will play a crucial role in treating diverse eye conditions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct daily OPD consultations
- Perform Phaco and SICS cataract surgeries independently
- Manage emergency ophthalmic cases
- Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation
- Participate in outreach camps and community eye screening programs
- Train and support junior doctors and OT staff as needed
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS/DNB Ophthalmology (or equivalent recognized qualification)
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
- Independent experience in Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Cataract Surgery
- Proficiency in managing cataract complications and emergency ophthalmic cases
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience with 500–1,000+ independent Phaco surgeries preferred
