About the Role:
Join us as a Consultant Ophthalmologist and make a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct daily OPD consultations.
- Perform Phaco and SICS cataract surgeries independently.
- Manage emergency ophthalmic cases.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation.
- Participate in outreach camps and community eye screening programs.
- Train and support junior doctors and OT staff when required.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS/DNB Ophthalmology (or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- Independent experience in Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Cataract Surgery.
- Proficiency in Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS) and comprehensive ophthalmic OPD.
- Strong skills in the diagnosis and management of common eye diseases.
- Experience in pre-operative assessment and post-operative care.
- Ability to manage cataract complications and handle emergency ophthalmic cases.
