About the Role: Join our team as a Consultant Ophthalmologist and make a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct daily OPD consultations
- Perform Phaco and SICS cataract surgeries independently
- Manage emergency ophthalmic cases
- Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation
- Participate in outreach camps and community eye screening programs
- Train and support junior doctors and OT staff when required
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - MS/DNB Ophthalmology (or equivalent recognized qualification)
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
- Must have independent experience in Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery
- 2–3 years of independent Phaco surgery experience and have performed 500–1,000+ independent Phaco surgeries (preferred)
