About the Role:
Join us as a Sr. Resident - Orthopaedics at Dr. M.K. Shah Medical College & Research Centre, Chandkheda - Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma and joint procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluation and plan appropriate surgical or conservative management.
- Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up of patients.
- Handle complex trauma cases and orthopaedic emergencies.
- Interpret radiological investigations and other diagnostic reports accurately.
- Lead and supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopaedic staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD in Orthopaedics.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Excellent team working skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
