About the Role: Join Dr. M.K. Shah Medical College & Research Centre as a Sr. Resident in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced care for antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal patients, including high-risk pregnancies.
- Assist consultants in gynecological and obstetric surgeries, including Caesarean Section and Hysterectomy.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, examinations, and review diagnostic reports such as ultrasounds and lab investigations.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents, RMOs, and interns in patient care and clinical procedures.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and surgical planning meetings.
- Monitor post-operative and antenatal patients, manage complications, and update treatment plans.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- Experience of 0 to 5 years.
- Skills in Decision Making, Leadership, Communication, and Self-motivation.
